From a Single School System to a Growing Platform

Mercy K. Mbaka Founder, Adalyn Technologies

I started Adalyn Technologies after watching a school lose money and trust to a fee-collection process held together by paper receipts and phone calls. I built a system to fix that specific problem - not a generic school app, a direct answer to what that school was actually struggling with.

That system is now running live for over 1,000 students, and the way I built it became the way I build everything: understand the operational problem first, then design software around how the organization actually works - not the other way around.

Today Adalyn Technologies partners with schools, businesses, and startups across Kenya to build systems that hold up under real, daily use - and we stay on after launch, because software that isn't maintained is software that quietly starts failing.
